As I am repurposing, and crafting with the items I was sent for the next Thrift Store Swap I was thinking about what I had sent to Lindsay and what she might do with those items. Just to refresh your memory the Thrift Store Swap is a fun idea where bloggers thrift, send thrifted items to another blogger then repurpose and create from what you were sent. Like I said I sent some thrifted goodies to Lindsay and Ashley sent me some thrifted goodies. We have 12 bloggers participating this time. Look for our projects to go live on December 3!!! Here’s a sneak peek of what I sent Lindsay and some ideas for one item. 3 Great Ways to Repurpose a Candle Stick.
You’ll have to wait until December 3 to see what I got and what else I sent to Lindsay. But that is the candlestick that did get shipped to her.
Here are 3 Great Ways to Repurpose a Candle Stick
1. Apothecary Jars
You know how I love to repurpose jars (see this post and this post), yeah that’s why this cool project is number 1 on my list. This candlestick project can be found on Creative Confetti: Click here to see how she made it.
2. Tiered
Aren’t these tiered trays great, so many uses and so many different ways to construct them. Different plates or trays….oh my! These tiered plates are the creation from Jamie Cooks it up:Click here to see how she made it.
3. Frame Stands
This project is pretty cool from Marci Coombs. I’m already thinking these would be great for the graduation open house we will be hosting in May. Here is the link to her post on how to make this great project.
Come back on December 3rd to see if Lindsay did one of these three things with the candle stick or if she has a completely different idea.
Thanks for stopping by At Home with Sweet T!!!
